The keys doesnt get deleted but they seem to disappear. Using the following
test methode from 2307:

1. Run RegEdit.
2. Open any registry key with subkeys (say, HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft :)
3. Click on it for rename (but not rename).
4. Click on any other key.
5. Leave RegEdit.
6. Run it again.
7. Some subkeys are disappeared.

You can make values disappear, even when you restart regedit, they still are
missing. Yet after system restart, they are back, all of them. So its just a
display bug - non critical.
