I am in work in progress in on this bug
in windows 2000 and down this functions where in win32k.sys
in windows xp/2003 it move to dxg.sys
in reactos we have redirect it to dxg.sys

and I only done 10-20% of agp heap manger in my local tree
the info in these links are not really correct and some struct are wrong as
well

I am also writing docs how it works in my local tree and doing some notes as
well
