Retested in 34222.
The drivers get installed, you're asked to reboot. After the reboot you get no
errors but the card doesn't work.
ipconfig: you get environment variable not present.
ncpa.cpl: error adapter info.
Card is being listed in the device manager.
Sorry no debug log, I'm missing a computer. I'll eventually attach it if I
manage to get it.
