The problem hasn't been fixed. After latest commits:
Open cmd in \reactos, do a "dir" hit immediately after CTRL+C, nothing happens,
after the wait (files finished scrolling) do another "dir" nothing happens,
it's as if the ctrl-c was delayed until next command was issued, if you do
another dir now it will work.
