Cosmetic blemishes in interface

As a result of adding the new 'Tahoma' font, there are a number of changes to
be done to the interface. If we are going to ready ourselves for release we
might as well look the part =)

- Start button should be BOLD text.
- Setup dialog box is of weird dimension.
- Text spillage for VMWare Display Driver (and possibly others?)

Listing as minor, because it's not a normal bug, but if I list it as trivial or
enhancement it's never going to be looked at.
