I'll take this bug.
- For the Wiki:
frik85 had the idea to check the language of the RosCMS cookie and load the
left menu according to this setting. Another possible way would be to use the
language set in the Wiki profile.
One of us probably changes that in the next few days.
- For the Forum:
I don't think we'll bother with the current phpBB 2.x code anymore.
When phpBB 3.0 will be released, I assume we'll update to it as it contains
many substantial changes. One of the main reasons for the update might be the
added UTF-8 support for fixing bug 2723.
Anyway, the forum is currently only available in english, so I don't see the
english-only left menu as a major problem.
- For the Bugzilla:
The Bugzilla is also only available in english, so I don't really see a need
for showing half-translated pages just because it is possible.
Also Bugzilla is written in Perl and uses a special Template system, so
including translated left menus won't be that easy as for the Wiki and the
Forum.

The change in the Wiki has been done long time ago.
phpBB and Bugzilla were updated as well, but I won't add language packs here,
because this would make at least the Bugzilla much harder to maintain.
So I'm closing this bug as FIXED now.
