dead letters have the same behaviour as in cz, gr keyboard

However I don't know why in MS Windows is slovak keyboard named as kbdsl.dll
ISO 3166-1 tells that "sk" corresponds to Slovak ("sl" - Sierra Leone), so I'm
confused...
