makes the tests work

Attached patch changes IntGdiCombineTransform to use a temporary, and removes
the temporaries in NtGdiCombineTransform where they are no longer needed. Also,
I found and fixed a few differences in error handling where
NtGdiCombineTransform/NtGdiModifyWorldTransform did not match what Windows
does.
