I already fixed this for the Bugzilla long time ago in SVN (r29151, September 
2007).
Unfortunately, no one uploaded any Bugzilla changes from SVN to the Web Server 
since our update to Bugzilla 3.0 in August 2007.

Concerning the phpBB part, someone should first commit our current phpBB to 
SVN. It's the only component of the Website, which is currently not in SVN.
After that, we can eventually update the forum to phpBB 3.x and change this by 
the way.

Finally fixed in r33842.
