Overview Description

You can't use applications made with Visual Basic 6 or older on ReactOS. An
error message is shown.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch any VB6 application from the ReactOS Explorer. Then click on the title
bar of the window.

Actual Results

An error message is shown then the application crashes.

Expected Results

The window should be moved, clicked, reduced...

Build Date & Platform: Date and platform of the build in which you first
encountered the bug.

ReactOS 0.4 SVN - Build 20080224-r468 

Additional Information

The language DLL is "vb6fr.dll". Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 crashes at
startup... So I can't make any VB application for ReactOS.
