created a fourth partiton formated fat32

i created a fourth partition - fat32, reactos mounted all the fat partitions
skipping the ext2.

partition table and mount points:

hda1 (c)          fat32
hda2 (d)          fat32
hda3 (unmounted)  ext2
hda4 (e)          fat32
