rbuild has been changed to support UP and MP builds on the bootcd.
The current problem is that MP build doesn't compile.

To enable MP build, we simply need to add
<xi:include href="ntoskrnl/ntkrnlmp.rbuild" /> to ReactOS-generic.rbuild
