hi, in the forum i found czech translation for winemine from Stepan Gabriel -
SGABA (sgaba at centrum.cz)

next i add one separator to the kbswitch for all languages, commit or only
change the slovak translation (move the one separator)

added slovak for devmgr
added slovak for shimgvw
added slovak for userenv

fixed dxdiag and explorer
