organization is required.  this is wrong.  I use reactos an I am not an
organization, just aq plain user.  this should be an optional field.  the only
thing I should have to put in is my name.
Setup goes into a permanent loop and/or locks up on reboot attempt with
permanent screen garbage after final step if organization is not specified or a
timezone other than the default -5 is set.
