Ctrl+Alt+Del works in QEMU and triggers a menu to choose the action even if
explorer.exe is killed. Problem might be, that QEMU does not send the keys
Ctrl+Alt+Del to the reactos guest system, but the host system.
Try to switch to the monitor console by hitting Ctrl+Alt+2, type "sendkey
ctrl-alt-delete" and switch back to ReactOS with Ctrl+Alt+1. You'll see the
menu even without explorer running.
