As of r35990 the crash no longer exists. However, the plug-in finder seems to
take forever to locate the corresponding plug-in. Debug log appears to consist
of the following lines:

MSAFD: STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER
(subsystems/win32/win32k/objects/gdiobj.c:603) Object 0xe201026f currently
being destroyed!!!
