translate file of netshell

I have translate ReactOS\dll\win32\netshell\lang to Norwegian.

Please add it to ReactOS 0.3.7, and please tell my, if someone norwegian
translate files need to be updated. In 0.3.7 version

Can someone translate or make a ReactOS\dll\win32\netcfgx\lang\en-us.rc from
de-DE.rc that I can translate it to norwegian?
