I've tested bootcd-36243-dbg.iso, in qemu without kqemu. I can't install the
activex control, after clicking web I confirm, and download starts but then  it
suddenly stops and I get a blank window, debug log says:

You need to install the Mozilla ActiveX control to
use ReactOS's builtin CLSID_WebBrowser from SHDOCVW.DLL
