Tested with Vbox 2.0.2 and QEMU on rev. 36263. 

When DEBUGCHANNEL=+all is set in cmd window, any app being run from this window
will then crash with:

(ntoskrnl\ke\i386\exp.c:1060) Kill foxitreader23_s, ExceptionCode: c0000005,
ExceptionAddress: 78017450
