Bug Report

ReactOS [0.4-SVN (Build 20080916-r36269)/ReactOS 0.3.6REL] will fail to enter
setup if the ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM is in a "wrong" IDE configuration as shown:

Primary Master IDE:     HDD
Primary Slave IDE:      N/A
Secondary Master IDE:   N/A
Secondary Slave IDE:    CD/DVD-ROM

ReactOS will crash and enter KDBG very soon after the “Press any key to boot
from CD…” option is displayed. - It will load the initial files. - The crash
happens just before the change to the language selection menu.

About the internal setup:

This is a very common, and often the only possible configuration in horizontal
desktop cases; as most IDE cables, being very inflexible, will not extend in
the adjacent direction as they would extend vertically, thus having the HDD and
CD/DVD-ROM on the same stretch of cable not possible.

Changing the configuration to the following results in a successful boot: 

Primary Master IDE:     HDD
Primary Slave IDE:      CD/DVD-ROM
Secondary Master IDE:   N/A
Secondary Slave IDE:    N/A

But this required the HDD to be removed from the cabinet and hang down loosely
in order to gain reach.

More importantly however, the Windows 2000 setup works flawlessly with the
"wrong" IDE configuration.

System specs:
0.4-SVN (Build 20080916-r36269) from Buildbot.
Real Hardware:
Intel Desktop Board D845GRG (Intel 845G Chipset)
Intel Pentium 4 @ 1.7Ghz
Intel Integrated Extreme Graphics controller
256mb RAM (DDR266)
20gig Maxtor HDD
TEAC CD-RW 40x (Same result with Samsung CD-Master 52E SC-152)
