Try to start QEMU with more RAM, maybe that's a problem for big installers
(highlighted by memory leak somewhere).
Use "qemu  -net nic  -net user -serial stdio -m 512 -hda ReactOS.vmdk  -cdrom
oo3
.iso" for example and post the results.
