WISE_CRASH

Attempting to install a program using the "Intall Wise" Product
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wise_Solutions,_Inc.) results in the progress
slowing down to an eventual stall at approx, 80%.

This can be easily witnessed with the following Demo [mohaaspdemo.exe] (175mb):
