Win XP Pro, VMWare 6

- Install Firefox 2.0.0.20
- Run it
- Look at BSOD similar to that of Bug 3992 (tcpip.sys)

Behaviour is introduced in r39285

If needed a debug log will be provided, though it is simple to reproduce I
think.
