The description of actions for bug revealing:
1) Install ReactOS, having chosen Russian at the first stage or on the second
in intl.cpl. If English language is chosen, the bug does not appear. For other
languages I did not check.
2) Launch regedit.exe
3) Choose in the menu "New -> Key"
4) Enter a key name (for example, "HelloReactOS") and press Enter.
5) BSOD :(
