BSOD: tcpip.sys

German : Wenn ich steam versuche zu starten,
kommt ein BSOD verursacht durch tcpip.sys.
Zum repoduzieren dieses fehler ist warhschienlich wichtig,
das Steam aus den auto start raus genommen wird,
denn sonst startet es nicht.
English: If I try start Steam,
come a BSOD and tcpip.sys is the source of the problem.
For replicate the problem is to know that steam should take out form auto
start.
