FF icons in 16 bpp mode

The bug only manifests itself in QEMU without KQEMU. Maybe related to bug 2288.

This Boltik's patch http://www.sayan.ru/~bolt/ReactOS/fix20090223.diff affects
FF icons in 16 bpp mode (only).
