FF 3.0.6 causes BSOD at startup

found in r39734 and later

install bootcd-39734-dbg , boot , install FF3.0.6 , run, bluescreen

Additional info:
- debug backtrace shows stack overflow
- after a few times (2 to 5 app) rebooting FF3 actually does start, indicating
there is some state preserved between the reboots
