patch for en_US.rc fixing issue for en_US users

why you think wrc is doing sth. wrong? i think it makes sense that push buttons
and edit boxes are WS_TABSTOP activated by default, that's what you're seeing.
i inserted explicitly NOT WS_TABSTOP and it's working (see patch).

seems this has to be done for every lang?
