Raddr2line utility is included in RosBE (for Windows) or can be downloaded from
<http://svn.reactos.org/downloads/raddr2line.exe>. Please take file
system32\drivers\uniata.sys from LiveCD and do:

  raddr2line uniata.sys d339

It should print something like:

  drivers/storage/ide/uniata/id_dma.cpp:1067 (_Z12AtapiDmaInitPvmmaaa at 24)

This string is what is needed.
