A screenshot of a BSOD i Virtualbox

It simply refuse to boot in Virtualbox v. 2.2.4. Neither normal boot or
failsafe works. I hop my brief describtion in combination with the screenshot
is to any help. My hostsystem for VirtualBox is Ubuntu 9.04
