change all references of "Wine" to "ReactOS" in mshtml for English and Spanish

I found that mshtml.dll in ReactOS uses "Wine" in the dialog that pops up when
Gecko is not installed.

This patch fixes this by changing Wine to ReactOS in the dialogs for English
and Spanish.
