Reproduced on Vmware 6.5.3, though doesnt happens to all items.
Ole viewer is ok.
Msxml3 msi installer is ok.
Both checksums are fine.

It hangs with SMPlayer though, the last 845 bytes are missing when looking in
Temporary Internet Files directory.
