Using ReactOS 0.4-SVN (Build 20091106-r43985) (BuildBot build)
Rapps can't even download the list of installable programs.
I find this odd, since rapps works fine in my own build.
The system is not hung, but runs sluggish in all of this.
After 20 min waiting for a category list I gave up.
