This bug only appears when moving the mouse over a SUB menu of the main Start
menu list, and it has an "(Empty)" sub menu itself.

When the mouse highlights any row with an (Empty) sub menu, the text of the
menu item is redrawn at the vertical offset which would be the correct vertical
centre position for one of the larger, top level start menu items. When moving
the mouse to the item above (but not below!) the (Empty) menu disappears, and
the next item up is corrupted instead. When moving the mouse down, no
corruption occurs. I could probably fix it myself if I knew where to look in
the code.
