Debuglog gathered via the VMware serial port.

After a fresh install of ReactOS build 44028, the applications manager hangs
when selecting a category. When first maximizing the windows of the
applications manager, this error doesn't occur, even after a restart and then
not resizing. Also, during the hanging, the system uses full cpu.

ReactOS 0.4-svn r44028, running on VMware Workstation 7.0.0 build-203739 (under
Windows XP x64 sp2).
