[ros-bugs] [Bug 4960] Pressing ESC after the first loading OS

1. I Download ISO bootcd-44199-dbg, Unzip and Configure into VirtualBox 3.0.10
2. Run and boot Install from CD (press any key on boot), choice language
Russian, create partition on 2Gb, format fast, set MBR on HDD, reboot computer
3. Wait for OS startup. I see windows "install hardware" and then windows
"setup ReactOS" and only one active button "next". I Press button on keyboard
"Esc" OS will reboot
4. After load i see desktop in English (not in Russian choise on setup), and
same other error.
