USB Keyboards seem to behave like that (work in 1st stage, stop working in 2nd
stage) see bug 1041.
USB mice work sometimes, depending on your computer, see bug 4279 and bug 4286.
USB support is being worked on. There isn't much we can do without debug logs,
specially for real hw issues. This is probably a duplicate bug.
