Some ideas...

1. In this case

<ntdll.dll:8c5e (dll/ntdll/dispatch/i386/dispatch.S:267 (KiFastSystemCallRet at 0)
[dll/ntdll/dispatch/i386/dispatch.S:259 (KiFastSystemCall at 0)])>

extra filename can be omitted, too.

2) log2lines creates log2lines.cache even when, i.e., translating 1 address in
raddr2line style.

3) Maybe an ability to translate a few addresses from a command line at once.

By the way, for win32k.sys, results are completely bogus. For some reason, real
addresses are 0x10000 higher then those in logs.
