Some further tests show that BMPs can be rendered correctly with the HBitmap
approach. Just comment out the if(image->picture) OLE approach.

The question remains why BMPs are preferred to be rendered the complicated way
using IPicture_Render, since their format should be gdi compatible without
problems. Maybe image->picture is just erroneously somewhere.
