servman improvements patch

- enumerate all (SERVICE_STATE_ALL) dependent services, not only currently
running ones (SERVICE_ACTIVE)
- added missing resource strings regarding dependency
- the main window should be shown after list view is filled (on windows it
takes quite long time to read whole list of services, while main window is not
drawn correctly)
- service properties can be displayed after return key press
