The broken link exists on Russian <http://www.reactos.org/ru/dev.html>,
Bulgarian, Greek, French, Hungarian, Indonesian, Norwegian, Romanian, Swedish,
Chinese (traditional), and maybe other pages. Some pages also point to a
nonexistent Doxygen <http://www.reactos.org/generated/doxygen> page.
