_WINKD_ kd64 dbg support is broken.
Windbg gets DbgPrint messages, but does not connect as debugger.
Probably related to recent changes to trap handling?
I'll investigate further and will try to fix, as I need it, but will apreciate
very much if who made changes related with this take a look at it and check
_WINKD_ build.
44678 worked fine.
45257 doesn't.
I don't know exactly where in the middle was broken, but a couple i tried
didn't even boot normally.
