Dropdown list failure

Hi 

I've tried to run Valve Hammer Editor on ROS, and it gave me this results:

Launching program - worked
Splash logo on the start - worked
Now I can see the main interface
It suggests to go to the program settings, so I do it.
Now the problems begin to show up:

On the 2D Views there is a dropdown list  called 'Size'
The option displayed here is two squares....
Try to click on this list (in the down arrow) will freeze the whole ROS.
Try to click on start menu, and it will start blinking endlessly.
Sorry for strange screenshot, but when ROS crashes, i can't do a normal
"Press-Print-Screen-Key-On-Keyboard-and-Paste-To-Paint" procedure :(
