It's not the same bug as in the first time, current problem is that dependency
tracking doesn't work reliable in roscms. So dynamic entries (like newsletters,
news and interviews) do not cause any reactions to other pages. In this case a
newsletter should know that the frontpage depends on him and activate a
regeneration of the frontpage. As a work around, you could just mark index as
pending and then as published again.
For now I did a global regeneration.
