Debug during boot of the ROS, and entering the Control Panel

I've tried to install Realtek HD Audio Driver v5.10.0.5605 onto ROS and here is
the results:
Installation went good, it asked me to reboot the system, so i did it. After
reboot system boots normally, but still there is no sound... Also when I try to
open control panel, then explorer is killed. I have this driver at my host
computer, so I know that it adds additional icon (CPL FILE) to the panel. This
propably causes the termnation ox explorer. In VirtualBox I have set ICH AC 97.
