Patch fixing the problem

This bug causes problems with menus after resolution change. They are limited
to rectangle which is set to screen resolution on system startup. For example
when resolution is changed to higher without ROS restart, menu can't be
displayed at the bottom. It happens for all menus, because they are using
monitor API.
