Workaround for unhandled exceptions in Delphi applications.

The exception code indicates a Delphi exception, which has an error in how it
alerts the OS about an unhandled exception.
Apply this patch to work around this and get a real stack trace. The
"Exceptional exception handling" thread on the ML contains details on its
operation.
