Opera 10.61 under ARWINSS rev.48813(dbg) have same issue. Sooo pity, cause it's
my favorite browser :(
Also, there is a problem with Opera's starting window named "Welcome to Opera",
where neither "Start" nor "Cancel" buttons doesn't work, and i dunno how to
start browser again.
P.S. Looks like problems with timer, not with networking or win32...
