That bug with taskmgr is known. It is also present in trunk. There is no such
process in system, but taskmgr shows it.
watch this line in your log:
(ntoskrnl\ke\i386\exp.c:1053) Kill DVD Shrink 3.2., ExceptionCode: c0000005,
ExceptionAddress: 7c739803

DVD Shrink was killed, and that's why there is no window.
It also doesn't work in trunk.

ACDSee 3.1 works in 48813.
