Build51236 debug log

tested on build 51236, now the setup will start after file decompression, but
hangs with: (ntoskrnl/ke/i386/exp.c:1089) Kill Install.exe, ExceptionCode:
c0000005, ExceptionAddress: 44ea73, BaseAddress: 400000
